What
I Do for Lilly
I lead campus-related recruiting initiatives
at our 12 strategic campuses. I focus on
building the corporate and employment brand
on campus through a series of activities,
presentations and student/faculty enrichment
programs. I also help lead diversity recruiting
efforts and partnerships with key associations
to identify and recruit diverse talent.
What I Like Best
About Working at Lilly
I enjoy being part of an industry that is
so dynamic. There is an endless opportunity
to be challenged.
Career Path
I've had roles in IT including distribution
systems, medical systems, IT infrastructure,
and marketing systems. I have also been
an internal auditor. I'm now in U.S. Recruiting
and Staffing as part of HR.
Challenges or Struggles
My biggest struggle is my broad set of interests.
As I've worked to develop my career, it's
been difficult to make decisions about where
I'd like to go for my next opportunity.
I've had to look toward my mentors and personal
reflection to help evaluate opportunities
that align with my interests. On the surface,
something may not appear to be the best
choice, but with good coaching, it can be
the right path for you developmentally.
I thoroughly enjoy what I'm doing and I
feel like I'm adding value.
Favorite Pastimes
Riding my motorcycle, construction related
projects around the house, and basketball.

at Lilly that I Didn't Know Include...
There's a wealth of employee activities,
cultural activities, and volunteer spirit
that exist in the company. Lilly encourages
employees to volunteer and makes sure you
have time to engage in the community.
