and provides data supporting the safety
and quality of the drugs produced.
What I Like Best
About Working at Lilly
The way the company treats its employees.
Career Path
I started at Lilly as a microbiologist in
the Environmental Monitoring group and later
moved to my current leadership position.
Challenges or Struggles
When I first became a supervisor, I had
no prior management experience. Courses
and workshops offered through Lilly University,
as well as mentors and peers, have all helped
me learn to help effectively manage the
group.
What I Have Learned

An individual can touch the lives of many
people and have an impact on their lives
just by giving 100% on the job every day.
What I Like Doing
Around Indianapolis on the Weekends
I enjoy outdoor activities like biking,
running, and camping.
How I Would Describe
My Transition from Campus to Lilly

and mentors at Lilly all assisted me in
the transition and helped make it successful.
